Director of Food & Nutrition Services
Summary: The Director of Food and Nutrition Services is responsible for mananging and supervising the overall development, planning, operations and personnel of the school food service program. Duties include overseeing nutritional activities including menu planning; food production; purchasing; budget monitoring; and human resource management for the department to promote healthy food habits for children. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Supervise all food service personnel directly or through designated Lead Cooks. Directs and oversees the planning, production and delivery of food for the food service programs. Update and maintain food service software programs. Monitors food service operations to assure compliance with federal, state and local laws, regulations and policies. Plans and makes recommendations for budget and fiscal requirements. Maintains a system for financial accountability. Coordinates and participates in the preparation and submission of records and reports required by the district, state or federal agencies. Conducts various marketing and public relation activities to promote and inform the public of food service programs. Organizes nutrition information for students and families. Prepares menus, correspondence and materials to be distributed to students and families. Develops short and long range plans and goals for the food service program in support with district philosophy and policies.
Computer Technician II
Job Summary: Under the direction of the Network Administrator and guidance from the Lead Computer Technician, the Computer Technician II is responsible for installing, troubleshooting and supporting staff and students in the use of computer hardware (including tablets and other digital computing devices), peripherals and software in a network environment. Duties include the set up and maintenance of computers, printers, interactive whiteboards, projectors, scanners and other peripherals; and providing help desk support or on-site technical support.
