Special Education Paraprofessional-U of M Licensure Candidate
Special Education Paraprofessional-University of Minnesota Licensure candidate Full time Entry level position to provide instructional & behavioral support to students with a variety of special educational needs in several settings for the FY16-17 school year. Flexible 35 hr work week position. District will work with applicant’s U of M class schedule Paid student teaching with a cooperating teacher licensed in ASD available. Position allows applicant to retain paid para status and full benefits while student teaching.
1.0 FTE AREA LEARNING CENTER SCIENCE TEACHER – Grades 10-12
Full-time Science teacher at the Faribault Area Learning Center High School. The Faribault Area Learning Center is a well established alternative high school located on 5 acres next to the Cannon River. This teaching assignment is M-Th 8:30 am 4:30 pm and Friday 7:30 am 3:30 pm, and commences with the 2016-17 school year on August 29, 2016.
Math RtI Teacher – Middle School
Full-time (1.0 FTE) Grades 6-8 Math, teaching Math RtI (Interventions) at Middle School. This position commences on August 29, 2016.
1.0 FTE AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER SPECIAL EDUCATION TEACHER AT FARIBAULT HIGH SCHOOL
A full time (1.0 FTE) Special Education ASD Teacher with Faribault Public Schools. This position will commence with the beginning of the 2016-17 school year on August 29, 2016.
Full-time (1.0 FTE) EL Teacher at Middle School
Work with EL students in different service models; co-teaching, push-in, and self-contained EL classes. Provide language instruction guided by the ELA standards.
