Develops and administers a program for purchasing contract service, supplies and equipment. Assists in the development of a facility expansion and maintenance program. Supervises facility planning, project development and construction projects. Supervises, through the director of buildings and grounds, the district custodial staff and the district maintenance program. Administers, through the food services director, the food service program. Establishes and supervises a program of accounting and reporting for the financial affairs of the school district. Supervises the development of required financial reports as required for all funds. Recommend policies, regulations and administrative procedures. Completes the district’s annual audit.
