Kindergarten Center Program Administrator

Job Responsibilities: Create conditions for continuous improvement and innovation, fostering a commitment and creativity necessary for staff to design engaging experiences and achieve results that exceed expectations. The job will consist of but is not limited to the following: Ensure all students are valued, inspired, and have a sense of belonging. Leading and support in developing the academic, life, and career skills necessary for all students to be successful. Contributing as a member of the Student Services and Educational Services team to assist with design and implementation of professional learning, developing and editing policy and procedure. Thinking systemically and cross categorically in aligning supports to raise achievement for students who are struggling. Aligning the work of adults to continuously improve personalized instruction and responsiveness to meet our students’ unique and varied needs. Addressing barriers to learning through data analysis, critical thinking, and the use of group processing skills that are student centered and solution based. Understanding and following through with due process in an aligned and coherent approach supportive of individuals and teams. Accessing, implementing and following through with proven resources, strategies, and programs for students that ensure success in school. Increasing the connection, engagement, and support of our families and community. Possessing the experience and knowledge to implementing behavioral strategies that are inclusionary and establish a positive and productive culture for learning.
