Executive Director of Student Support Services, 1.0 FTE
1. Provide leadership for special education, health services, social work, psychological services, English language learner services, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, alternative programs, prevention services, and homebound tutoring services. 2. Develop and maintain School Board policies, District protocols, and operational plans related to student support services that are in compliance with state and federal law and are consistent with the District’s vision, mission, and strategic plan. 3. Serves as a member of the Superintendent’s Cabinet as the leader of district-wide student support services issues and strategies. 4. Develop and complete mutual commitments tied directly to the District’s Strategic Plan 5. Coordinate staffing for student support services including determining staffing levels, coordinating hiring process and making recommendations for all licensed student support services staff. 6. Oversee training and development for all student support services staff. 7. Ensure performance of all student support services staff including completing performance appraisals and addressing performance concerns. 8. Oversee all student support services budgets. 9. Assist in the determination of capital equipment and technology needs related to student support services

Assist in the planning, development and execution of the sport program under the direction of the head coach by focusing on building a positive culture and developing quality relationships with student-athletes and parents. Implement an effective training and competition regiment that maximizes student-athlete performance in the sport. Communicate effectively with all program stakeholders to ensure a positive, quality experience is provided for our student-athletes.
