Elementary Teacher – Fourth Grade

Major Responsibilities, Skills, Abilities:The Director of Technology, Safety & Security is a District level position that provides vision, oversight, and leadership for district information systems, services, data integration, and cyber security as well as the technical support teams located across the district to ensure support for the ever-changing technology needs of the district. This position designs, implements, and maintains hardware and software technologies that enable the district to accomplish its mission and support the department’s needs for information relative to their operations, strategic planning, promoting effective resource management, enhanced customer service and promoting internal and external communications. The Director of Technology Safety & Security is responsible for the development of integration strategies, cyber security, district network and hardware, and instructional technology initiatives in collaboration with other district departments and for communicating and implementing these initiatives with the instructional support team. This position plays a critical role in safeguarding our digital infrastructure, and physical infrastructure, ensuring data privacy and security.
Education and Experience Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in information systems or administration and/or equivalent experience
Five (5) years’ experience in similar position/essential duties of position
