JOB DESCRIPTION:

Minnehaha Academy seeks a Preschool Director. This position reports to the Lower School Principal. The role is a benefit eligible, with full-time hours during the school year and reduced hours during summer break. The position requires occasional evening hours.   We are seeking a candidate who will provide consistent support, leadership direction and vision of the preschool program and its alignment with Minnehaha Academy’s mission and vision. Additionally, the Preschool Director is responsible to oversee the operations of the preschool program and to ensure that the preschool program meets the standards set by DHS, and Minnesota Preschool Early Indicators of Progress (ECIPS).

Superintendent of Schools

Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial (LCWM) Public Schools is seeking a Superintendent as of July 1,
2024. Candidates must possess licensure as a Superintendent in the State of Minnesota or demonstrate
their ability to secure licensure by July 1, 2024. Previous experience as a superintendent is preferred but
not required.

The LCWM School’s Office is located in Lake Crystal, Minnesota approximately 15 miles west of
Mankato and near Minnesota State Highway 60. The Lake Crystal Wellcome Memorial School District
serves the communities of Lake Crystal, Butternut, Vernon Center, Rapidan, Judson and Garden City. It
serves approximately 950 students in Pre K-12th grade programs.

The Montevideo School District’s main office is located in Montevideo, Minnesota. The school district has an approximate enrollment of 1,500 pre-kindergarten through grade twelve students.

Special Education Work Experience Teacher

Design and implement individualized work-based learning programs aligned with IEPs and student interests.
Partner with community businesses and organizations to secure work placements for students.

Develop students’ vocational skills, social-emotional skills, and workplace readiness.

Qualifications:

Ability to build positive relationships with students, families, and community partners.
