The District’s Organization:
White Bear Lake Area Schools is a PreK-12 District of nearly 9,000 students in the northeastern suburb of the city of St. Paul and is within twenty (20) minutes of the Twin Cities. The White Bear Lake Area school system consists of nine K-5 elementary buildings serving approximately 4,000 students. In addition to the elementary schools, the district has three early childhood centers, two middle schools (6-8), one high school with two campuses in the process of unifying together in Fall of 2024, an area learning center, and a transition education center.

Salary :   $163,000-$170,000

Start Date:  July 1, 2023

Closing Date:  February 12, 2023

Work Week Schedule: 40 hours per week, 260 working days per year

Position Summary:  Performs complex professional and difficult administrative work responsible for providing educational leadership developing and implementing innovative, student-focused instructional programs consistent with state and federal guidelines and School Board philosophy, policies and goals. Continuous supervision is exercised over high school staff, students, and programs.

Educational and Experience Requirements:
Master’s degree in education administration, teaching, or related field and extensive experience working in education administration, teaching, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Special Requirements:
Minnesota K-12 Principal License.
Minnesota Education Administrator License.

Kids Club Inclusion Support Worker

DESCRIPTION:
Kids Club Inclusion Support Worker – Monday through Friday- Hiring ASAP- position through June 6, 2023
Hours – 2.5 hrs/day -7 AM – 9:30 AM

Responsibilities: Assist with supervision of children, assist with design and maintenance of safe and stimulating environment. This position requires comfort and willingness to attend to personal cares such as toileting and diapering. If hired, a DHS background check, including fingerprinting is required, along with required KC trainings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Current First Aid and CPR certification, combination of childcare experience and/or post-secondary education preferred.

WAGES: Begins at $14.36 per hour.

Finance Specialist (8 hours per day; 12 months per year)

Under the general direction of the Assistant Director of Finance, the Finance Specialist will be responsible for performance of all financial related functions related but not limited to:  collection, accuracy, data entry, submission, and maintenance of data;  delivery of accurate and timely employee pay deposits; guidance and direction to stakeholders regarding special education, general revenue, accounts payable and payroll accounting; guidance and direction to stakeholders related to UFARS codes and compliance, financial tools, forms, processes, procedures, and protocols; reconciliation of invoices, account statements, and reports;  preparation of journal entries and account adjustments; maintenance of confidential data; and compilation of financial data in preparation for various audits.

Fourth Grade Teacher 1.0 FTE Long Term Sub

Essential Functions: A full-time (1.0 FTE) Long Term Sub Fourth Grade Teacher at Lincoln Elementary School. Performs professional work providing a broad range of teaching services within our elementary school, assisting students to develop skills, attitudes and learning methods at various levels to a targeted audience.

Faribault Public Schools is a rural Pre-K through Adult School District located about 50 miles south of the Twin-Cities. The school district currently serves approximately 3,700 students in Faribault and our surrounding areas within our community of 23,000 citizens within the city limits. District sites include one early childhood center, three elementary schools K-5, one middle school 6-8, one high school 9-12, one area learning center 9-12 and one education center for adult education.

This position commences on April 3, 2023 and ends June 2, 2023

Director of Student Services
