Rush City High School has a full-time position for an English Teacher for Grades 9th, 11th & 12th beginning the 2022-23 school year.

Required qualifications:
* Bachelor’s Degree in educational field or able to get a Tier 1 license through PELSB (4 year degree required)
* Licensed by the State of Minnesota to teach English Language Arts – Grades 9-12 or able to get a Tier 1 license

In addition candidates must have knowledge of curriculum development and be able to effectively communicate with students, staff and parents. DESCRIPTION:
32.5 hrs/week. Monday – Friday, 6:15 AM – 9:45 AM and 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Starts August 22, 2022

Provide primary supervision of children, plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum, and design/maintain safe and stimulating environments for children. Supervise child care staff. Assist program coordinator with other duties as assigned. Must pass employment background study.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Preferred Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and experience, school age child care experience, knowledge of social development of school-aged children, good communication and interpersonal skills required, current CPR and first aid certification. Employment subject to successful background study. Must be 16 years of age or older.

WAGES: Begins at $15.84 per hour. Benefits as per the current Kids Club contract.

Summer Hours- August 22 – 26 will be straight shift 40 hours.
Starting September 6th, hours will be split shift Monday – Friday,
6:15 AM – 10:15 AM and 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM
