ABOUT THE COMMUNITY/SCHOOL DISTRICT:

The Bemidji Area Schools’ main office is located in Bemidji, Minnesota. The school district has an approximate enrollment of 4,933 pre-kindergarten through grade twelve students.

LEADERSHIP PROFILE: The Bemidji Area School Board seeks a superintendent who:

Previous superintendent experience preferred, but not required.

SALARY/CONTRACT:  The current superintendent’s base salary for the 2021-2022 school year is $170,000. The final salary will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statute.

1.0 FTE Secondary Language Arts Teacher/AVID – Faribault High School – LTS

Job Description:      Full-time Long-term Substitute (1.0 FTE) Secondary Language Arts/AVID Teacher at Faribault High School for the rest the 2021-2022 school year.  Performs professional work providing a broad range of teaching services within our core Language Arts department, assisting students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed as a foundation for future learning in accordance with each student’s ability, using a variety of teaching and learning methods at various levels to a targeted audience.

SPECIAL EDUCATION ABS / SLD / EBD LONG TERM SUBSTITUTE TEACHER

Faribault Public Schools is a rural Pre-K through Adult School District located about 50 miles south of the Twin-Cities.
