The Sleepy Eye Ag Department has an opening for a full-time 7-12 Agriculture Education Teacher for the 2025-2026 school year.  Courses taught can be flexible, but currently include:  Welding, Intro to Ag Shop, Exploring Ag, Farm to Table, Foods, Advanced Foods, Food Chemistry and Soils to name a few.  Position includes a 40-day summer contract as well as FFA pay.  Join this 3-person department in Sleepy Eye for an experience with one of the best programs in the state with amazing community support!

2025-26 Graduate Teaching Fellowships

Minnesota State University, Mankato

Openings are available for the Graduate Teaching Fellow Program (classroom experience while working on a masters degree program in Education).

Seniors in a teacher education program who will complete all requirements for a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Teaching degree and obtain appropriate Minnesota teacher licensure by August, 2025, or recent teacher education graduates (who have not held regular teaching appointments) are eligible to apply.  Application deadline:  March 24, 2025, or until filled.

Teaching Fellow positions are available in the following participating Minnesota Educators Partnership (MEP) districts (posting will be updated as more information becomes available):

Multilingual Learners (EL) (grade levels TBD), Faribault Public Schools

A full-time (1.00 FTE) position as a Business Education Teacher is available at West High Schools for the 2025-26 school year.

Summary of Duties:
This position is responsible for delivering engaging instruction in business-related subjects such as marketing, finance, accounting, entrepreneurship, and computer skills. Other responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with industry partners for hands-on learning opportunities
  • Staying current with business trends
  • Supporting students in developing critical thinking, financial literacy, and workplace readiness skills
  • Supporting the DECA program

Qualifications Required:
​Valid MN licensure in Business Education.

Qualifications Preferred:
​Valid MN licensure in Work Based Learning

Salary Range:
$49,591 – $88,577 (based on the MTA salary schedule).

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy; Minnesota Department of Health Licensure as an Occupational Therapist and National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.
