Lac qui Parle Valley High School District #2853 is in immediate search of an ART TEACHER (Grades 7-12) for the 2025-2026 School Year to join our team. Candidates should possess the ability to work as a team in creating a positive learning experience for our students and communities.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Current Teaching License or willingness to obtain licensure from MN Department of Education.

SALARY/CONTRACT: 1.0 FTE – 184 day contract. Excellent salary and benefits, (Salary Range: $45,000 – $86,000)  Beginning salary dependent upon education, qualifications, and experience.

Under the direction of the Human Resources Coordinator, the Human Resource Specialist is responsible for coordinating all aspects of employee benefits, managing employee leave tracking, workers’ compensation, and leave accommodations, and providing administrative support to the Human Resources Department. Key responsibilities include resolving issues related to insurance benefits, retirement, reporting, and reconciliation; overseeing onboarding and employee orientation; ensuring compliance with benefit-related statutes; managing employee proof of coverage; and supporting office functions to enhance departmental operations. This role also serves as a resource for employees, providers, and administrators by delivering accurate and timely information.

Speech & Language Pathologists (Hiring Bonus Available)
