Coordinator of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment

Job Summary:

The Worthington School District 518 is seeking a Coordinator of Curriculum, Instruction, and Assessment. The position coordinates curriculum alignment, develops and organizes staff development, assessment and projects related to curriculum and instruction. Learning and achievement for all students is the primary focus.

Position will focus on either the Primary grades of PreK-5 or the Secondary grades of 6-12 dependent on the candidate’s experience and skills. Positions will share District Assessment Coordinator responsibilities.

Development and Implementation

In coordination with building level administration and leadership teams, develops and implements curriculum, assessment, and staff development initiatives. Acts as an instructional leader to work closely with principals, building leadership teams, curriculum teams and various committees to address the needs of the student learning community. Reports on curriculum, assessment, and staff development initiatives, regarding progress and outcomes to multiple audiences.

Salary: Commensurate with experience and qualifications
Reports To: Superintendent

 

Position Overview: The Cedar Mountain School District is seeking a dynamic and visionary leader to serve as the Principal of its Middle/High School.  The ideal candidate will foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, promote academic excellence, and support the social-emotional well-being of all students.

 

Key Responsibilities:

●       Provide instructional leadership and ensure high standards of student achievement

●       Supervise and evaluate teachers and staff

●       Oversee curriculum development and implementation

●       Maintain a safe and orderly school environment

●       Foster strong relationships with students, staff, parents, and the community

●       Manage school operations, including scheduling, budgeting, & compliance with state/federal regulations

●       Lead school improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making

 

Qualifications:

●       Advanced degree in Educational Leadership or related field

●       Valid Minnesota Principal Certification (or eligibility to obtain)

●       Minimum of three years of classroom teaching experience preferred

●       Prior administrative or leadership experience preferred

●       Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

●       Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in education

Elementary STEM Teacher Grades 3-5 (School Year 2025 – 2026)

Under the direction of the Building Principal and/or the guidance of the Assistant Principal, the STEM Teacher works with elementary classroom teachers to provide support for Science and Math instruction.
