Position Start Date:  8/15/2022 – 10/18/2022
Position Summary:  Provide coaching leadership in the overall operation of the Chaska HS Girls’ Soccer program.
Salary:  Based on CEA Master Agreement

Licensure Needed:  Minnesota Head Coaching Certification/Licensure or Ability to Obtain
Qualifications/Duties:

  • Coaching experience required
    Good communication skills; respect/recognition of youth needs, interest and accomplishment
    Soccer knowledge/experience
    Development of a comprehensive soccer program including by working in coordination with the AD in the following areas:
  • Parental Organization/Organization of Parent Pre-Season meeting
    Working with Youth Organizations
    Equipment/Uniforms
    Budget
    Transportation
    Fundraising
    End of Season Banquet
    Daily Practice Schedule
    Game Scheduling
    Monitor Student-athletes Academic Progress
    Public Relations
    Staffing of Lower Level and Assistant Coaches
    Attendance at Conference and Section Coaches Meetings
    Preparation and Promotion of Athletes for a Post High School Experience

Background check will be conducted.

demonstrating professional competency through content taught and teaching methods used.

English Teacher – Short-Term

Rush City High School has a full-time short term substitute English Teacher position for grades 9th, 11th & 12th beginning immediately until November 16, 2021.  Rate of pay is $125 a day. Required qualifications include Bachelor’s Degree OR Teacher License through the State of Minnesota OR Short Term Substitute License through the State of Minnesota. Curriculum will be pre-arranged for this position. This position is open until filled.
