Health Services Coordinator (2021)

Job Summary:
Primary duties include reviewing student medical forms, overseeing the administration of prescription and OTC medications students have brought with them to the site, developing health action plans for students in need (Asthma, diabetes etc.), monitoring student illnesses, collaborating with special education for IEP reports, providing or coordinating health education opportunities for students and staff.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned):

Provide first aid and student care as needed

Conduct health evaluations for students (ie. vision, hearing and scoliosis screenings)

Develop care plans as needed for students/staff (ie. diabetic, seizure)

Track student health records, immunizations, health findings, and other relevant health data

The Middle School Associate Principal works collaboratively with the Principal to provide a positive environment for the
