A 1.0 FTE Special Education Due Progress Case Manager position will work with students with disabilities at Spring Lake Park High School in grades 9-12. The position includes case managing students, the writing of IEP’s, coordinating meetings, providing consultation to school staff and parents, working collaboratively with school staff in the general and special education environments at multiple schools in the District, and managing all aspects of Due Process procedures and mandates.

Duties of this job include, but are not limited to…develop and provide direct academic, social, emotional, and behavior instruction;
conduct formative assessment, and monitor progress, to guide instructional planning;
consult and partner with general and special education staff;
maintain student records of services provided, following Due Process best practices and compliance;
participate in IEP and evaluation summary meetings; and
perform other related duties as assigned.

Head Cross Country Coach, Co-Ed – #4874

Oversee all aspects of the Spring Lake Park High School cross country program including but not limited to setting up practices, games, and schedules for the program; supervision of athletes at practices and games; care and maintenance of program equipment; arranging team transportation; willingness to work in collaboration with the Spring Lake Park Activities Department, with booster clubs and regular meetings with other coaches to evaluate goals of the overall program. Must be able to adjust work schedule for practices and games.

Career Pathways Lead – #4875 Spring Lake Park

The Career Pathways Lead is responsible for growing our students’ learning opportunities in career readiness and advancing partnerships with industry and community members. This role will provide support for Pathways courses as well as develop and foster student experiences in apprenticeships, internships, service learning, and events related to career readiness. This role is supported and monitored by the District Lead for Learning & Innovation and by the high school administrative team.

in the need to work in partnership with staff to continuously enhance student and family engagement, creating the conditions for equity, excellence and student success; and
in professional learning, having demonstrated a commitment to ongoing, personal learning, as well as systemic professional learning

The successful candidate will be responsible for:Partnering with teachers to strengthen career connections and experiences, such as developing relevant and real-world performance assessments and connecting industry experiences to academic content
Partnering with teachers to embed student opportunities relevant to career opportunities (mini -internships, conferences, shadowing, and other special events)
Maintaining and adding to our existing network of industry partners by building community partnerships
Further development of our vision for career & college readiness, including opportunities for students to learn about different careers or go on site visits
Establishing a robust program for internships and apprenticeships
Supporting the Career Pathways program’s growth and future vision, which may include student needs such as immersion and emerging trends in the workforce
Executing internal marketing efforts for student registration
Supporting external marketing efforts to highlight specific program experiences

The Executive Director of Finance and Operations is responsible for setting vision, providing leadership, and promoting continuous improvement of administrative services to ensure that the business and operations functions play a strategic partnership role in accomplishing the mission of the organization. As a member of the superintendent’s cabinet, the Executive Director of Finance and Operations is responsible to oversee essential departmental functions including: finance, business services (including accounting, payroll, purchasing and warehouse), facilities, transportation, nutrition services, health and safety, and governmental relations. The Executive Director leads and manages the overall business and operations functions for the organization by providing system leadership as a member of the superintendent’s cabinet, ensuring processes in alignment with organizational core values, and collaborating with the executive director of human resources to design and communicate the strategies to operationalize the inter/intradepartmental work of the Human and Administrative Resources Team.
