Position Overview
Falls High is seeking a passionate and student-centered full-time high school science teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for an educator who is committed to engaging instruction, thoughtful course design, and building strong relationships with students.
An Agricultural Science license is preferred, but candidates holding any Minnesota high school science licensure are encouraged to apply.
Preferred Licensure
● Agricultural Science (preferred)
● Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, Physics, or other MN high school science licensure will be considered

Position Overview
Falls High School is seeking a creative and student-centered High School Art Teacher for the 2026–2027 school year. We are looking for an educator who values artistic expression, thoughtful course design, and building strong relationships with students.
A Minnesota high school art teaching license is preferred; however, the district will consider a qualified community expert with relevant professional experience and a strong interest in working with high school students.

● Minnesota teaching license in Visual Arts (5–12) preferred
● Community experts with significant professional experience in the arts may be considered

Summary:
The Somerset Elementary School Principal leads collaboratively to improve outcomes for all students while closing achievement, opportunity, and participation gaps. A key area of work includes providing leadership and support to various collaborative teams, programs, committees, and individual teachers and staff. Further, the principal builds and maintains a positive school climate and culture with students and staff.
Primary Responsibilities as Part of the Administrative Team:
-Lead and collaborate with others on the school implementation of the District 197 Strategic Plan.
-Lead and collaborate with others on the development, implementation, and evaluation of the school improvement plan.
-Lead and collaborate with others on the school implementation of district curriculum, instructional commitments, and assessments.
-Lead and support various school committees and programs
-Develop and maintain a safe and welcoming school environment
-Interpret and enforce school district policies and procedures
-Recruit, hire, support, develop, supervise, and evaluate staff
-Support student social, emotional, behavioral, and academic learning and development
-Supervise school activities

School Psychologist
Job Summary:
Worthington District 518 has an opening for a licensed School Psychologist under the supervision of the Director of Special Education and the Building Principal. Responsibilities include serving on the special education assessment team, completing psychological evaluations, and writing reports for students of all disabilities. The psychologist will also provide consultation services for staff concerning pre-referral and child find interventions. Experience working in a collaborative environment with students, families and staff is required. Candidates with strengths in good communication, collaboration and teamwork are preferred.
