Social Studies Teacher – .3 FTE

The Pelican Rapids School District is searching for a new superintendent. The superintendent would begin work July 1, 2020. The compensation package, with an annual salary in the range of $125,000 to $135,000, will be negotiated commensurate with experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in the Minnesota statute.

• has knowledge of and successful experience in school finance

• has knowledge of and experience with special needs and diverse populations
• delegates authority while maintaining accountability
• is an inspiring visionary and collaborative consensus builder and decision-maker; can seek input from others in a proactive and transparent manner that builds trust and respect from others
