CLASSROOM TEACHER

Worthington School District 518 is seeking a primary elementary classroom teacher at Prairie Elementary for the 2020-21 school year. Applicants must hold a valid Minnesota teaching license. Experience working with a diverse student population, collaboration, experience utilizing programs and strategies that increase student achievement preferred. Participates and ensures professional development activities.

Acts as superintendent in the absence of the superintendent.
Coordinates the district teacher meetings as they relate to curriculum and instruction.
Serves as curriculum resource to teachers and principals.
Provides leadership to principals in developing in-service programs
Coordinates the district-wide testing program.
Monitors implementation of technology advances for instruction.
