Director of Elementary Education
The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a Director of Elementary Education. This is a new role and part of a responsibility change for our district leadership. We have heard from students and staff the need for ongoing improved alignment, support and implementation of our programming. In elementary specifically we are seeking a highly collaborative and supportive leader to improve our system. Roles and responsibilities include providing leadership and collaboration across all areas of the organization including working cohesively and interdependently with a highly skilled teaching and learning leadership team. Current duties of the Director of Elementary Education include, but are not limited to supporting and leading curriculum, professional development, instruction and assessment, staff supports, state reporting, and any other areas related to elementary education. The Director of Elementary Education works directly in partnership with the Director of Secondary Education, School Principals, Instructional Coaches and Staff. Upon hire, the Director of Elementary Education will coordinate with the Assistant Superintendent to review responsibilities and align and structure to best serve teaching and learning in Richfield Public Schools. Salary range is $108,198 – $120,220 dependent on experience.

High School Guidance Counselor – Interim
Rush City High School (Grades 7-12) is seeking a full-time interim Guidance Counselor for the 2020-21 school year. Duties include leading high school scheduling/registration, college/career, social/emotional counseling, and testing. Also assists with MTSS processes, student groups, and other duties. Appropriate Minnesota licensure is required.

Social Studies Teacher
Full time Social Studies teaching position working with students grades 7 – 8 beginning the 2020-21 school year at Forest Lake Area Middle School.

Band Lesson Instructor
Morris Area School District #2769 is seeking at .20 FTE music teacher to deliver band lessons to students daily during the 7th hour period. This position begins with the 2020-2021 school year.
A valid Minnesota Teaching license is required. Co/Extra-Curricular positions may be available for those who are interested.
