Qualifications:
Valid MN Elementary Teaching license. Demonstrated use of 21st Century strategies and approaches to ensure all learners achieve the highest levels. Candidate will have a solid background in equity, believing and ensuring all students learn at high levels. Experience in balanced literacy, co-teaching, and utilizing an integrated approach to instruction across all content areas and a background in STEAM and Everyday Math beneficial. Consistent and reliable attendance is required.  Bi-lingual skills in Spanish or Somali desired.

Alternative Site Specialist

The Alternative Site Specialist works with the Executive Director to develop and coordinate the Program to assure all students are served appropriately.  This includes staff recruitment, monitoring compliance of due process procedures, orientation and staff development, curriculum and program design and implementation, management functions related to assigned program, activities and staff.  Staff includes teachers and assistants and other related and support service personnel as assigned.
