This position would support students in our Developmentally and Cognitively delayed program at Brainerd High School. The position is working to support cognitively higher functioning students as a case manager and also teaching pull out courses in Fundamentals of Reading, Vocational Skills, and Technical Math. This position would be part of a four person team serving students in a primarily pull out program at Brainerd High School.

Salary: $39.45/hr
This postion is a temporary position for the extended school year Early Childhood Special Education program.
Required Qualifications:
1. Current licensure as an Physical Therapist
2. Good written and verbal communication skills
3. Good physical strength and mobility required
4. Can facilitate both small and large groups of students
5. Can collaborate with multiple team members
Desired Qualifications:
1. School experience working with students with disabilities
2. CPR and First Aid training
3. Knowledge of special education due process
4. Knowledge and/or experience with therapy documentation and scheduling
5. Knowledge and/or experience in behavior management
