¡Bienvenidos!  La ola del lago Spanish Immersion offers a full day of core curriculum in Spanish to K-5 students for the 2019-20 school year.  The 2019-20 school year seems a long way away, but we are excited to recruit and hire the best Spanish Immersion educators for our team.  La ola del lago Spanish Immersion School will be grades K-5 and approximately 450 students in the 2019-20 school year.

Position Days/Hours:  Monday – Friday; 6:30am – 9:00am & 2:30pm – 6:00pm (30 hrs/week); Year-Round
Banded/Graded:  A-1-3
Salary:  $16.03/hr (under negotiations)
*An extra $24.05/day will be earned when working a split shift (max of 173 days per school year)* (under negotiations)

Responsible To:  Out of School Time Supervisor/Child Care Specialist

Position Purpose:  Lead program activities, give work direction to paraprofessionals, supervise students in the care program.
Major Job Functions/Specific Tasks/Required Knowledge, Abilities and Skills:  See attached

Qualifications:  Current first aid certification (have or willing to obtain within first 90 days); experience working with elementary aged children.

Benefits of Employment as of July 1, 2018:  Eligible for benefits as negotiated between Student Support Staff (MSEA Association) and District 112.
