Edina Public Schools has a (.5 FTE) Special Education Teacher position available at Creek Valley Elementary School beginning January 2, 2019.
Caledonia Area Public School District No. 299 is seeking applicants for a full-time Facilities Technician. Shifts during the school year will be from 1:00 p.m. until 9:30 p.m. and from 7:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. during the summer break. Must have a good personality and ability to work with others and independently; have a strong work ethic, works well with little supervision, ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time; ability to lift fifty pounds without assistance; and ability to work outdoors during winter and summer months. Hours: 7.5 hours per day
Compensation / Benefits: Per Unit Agreement
Description: Provide support to elementary special education students. Work under the direction of special educators to reinforce instructional strategies, provide behavior support, and assist with personal care in all school environments. Work as a team member to implement IEP based instructional goals and adaptations including assistive technology. Collect student data and third party billing record documentation. Promote inclusion and self sufficiency of students in the school community.
Qualifications: Must meet highly qualified standards as defined by the state; completion of AA degree, 60 college level credits or completion of para-pro exam. Completion of a pre-employment physical is also required.
