FTE:  1.0FTE; 7:30am – 3:30pm
Banded/Graded:  C-5-2
Responsible To:  Building Principal; Special Education Director/Supervisor
Qualifications: Valid State of Minnesota License in Special Education; any disability area.

Compensation and Yearly Duration of Employment:  Compensation will be determined by District 112 and the Chaska Education Association (CEA).

Background check will be conducted.

Language Arts Teacher – 1.0 FTE Long-term Substitute

Full-time (1.0 FTE) Long-term Substitute Secondary Grade 9 & 10 Language Arts Teacher at Faribault High School .  Performs professional work providing a broad range of teaching services within our core Language Arts department, assisting students to develop skills, attitudes and knowledge needed as a foundation for future learning in accordance with each student’s ability, using a variety of teaching and learning methods at various levels to a targeted audience.  This position will begin on October 29, 2018 – January 25, 2019.

Salary and Schedule – 4 hour/day M-F, Salary according to master agreement

4 hours/day (2) positions one at the high school and one at the middle school

3.75 hours/day (1) position at Hayes Elementary

Special Education Assistant (Temporary Position)

Help special education teacher provide for physical and instructional needs of students with disabilities in regular and special education setting.  Assist in implementation of classroom programs, including self-help, behavior management, and instruction programs.  Position always includes bus duty, accompany special education students on bus routes as required in the student’s IEP.
