FUNCTION OF THE JOB: The Principal reports to the Headmaster and is responsible for leading the annual academic outcomes and efforts of the school, most importantly the successful and supportive education of students, as well as faculty development curriculum and academic scheduling and registering. The Principal apprises and advises the Headmaster on all academic, faculty and community plans and issues. The position is also responsible for chairing or being a member of various committees. This position is responsible for interacting with constituents toward the fulfilment of Saint John’s Preparatory School’s mission and goals. This position leads the visioning, planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs and procedures, which result in the healthy and safe development of students.
