Physical Education-Health Teacher

Intervention Teacher (part- time 0.20 FTEs) NonPublic Sites A position is available for a part-time (0.20 FTEs) Intervention Teacher for the 2017-18 school year at NonPublic sites (Mt. Olive/Loyola). Teacher will be responsible for implementing intervention programs with students working on specific, targeted literacy skills. Important to this position will be the ongoing assessment of students who are receiving the additional literacy intervention as well as continuous collaboration with classroom teachers, special education staff, EL and the Literacy Coordinator. Computer Support Technology Instructor
-Provide appropriate and effective classroom instruction in a group setting and in an individualized manner to offenders in the Computer Support Technology Program. -Serve as career and technical advisor for students. -Coordinate recordkeeping duties for the program. -Maintain physical resources of the Computer Support Technology Program. -Maintain knowledge of current trends and developments in the field by attending staff development training, workshops, seminars and conferences and by reading professional literature in the Computer Support Technology field.
