Substitute staff is needed to fill in on an on-call basis at various kitchens for the Food & Nutrition Services Department throughout the school year. General job duties are: assisting with the preparation, service and cleanup of the National School lunch and National School Breakfast programs at various schools in accordance with the Federal & State guidelines. Knowledge of principles of food preparation, meal service and sanitation preferred. This position requires accuracy, efficiency, flexibility and good interpersonal skills. Must be able to relate effectively with school age children and adults. Other Skills and Abilities: Basic math skills including computer applications experience.

School Age Care (SAC) Program Assistant Substitute
