The Minnesota School Boards Association (MSBA) is a private, nonprofit organization based in St. Peter, MN, which exists to support, promote and strengthen the work of public school boards and public education. MSBA is seeking a person to fill the position of Associate Director of Management Services beginning October 30, 2017. This individual will work with Association staff and members. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: * Assist with Association services and programs in the areas of school board/employee relations, labor relations/negotiations, Master Agreement language, and strategic planning. * Present at Association seminars and training programs and conduct in-district in-services. * Author articles for MSBA publications.

Districtwide Maintenance Engineer
The Maintenance Engineer is responsible for performing preventive maintenance and repairs to HVAC, electrical and plumbing equipment, controls and systems across the District. This position also provides assistance in the monitoring of contracted mechanical and structural repairs and/or activities and provides assistance and support to building custodial leads in various maintenance and repair activities with the buildings.
