Essential Functions: Assist in providing the directions for the Professional Development School Partnership (PDS) with Minnesota State Mankato and to assume dual roles that include responsibilities within the Faribault Public Schools and responsibilities within the University Community. Work closely with the FPS and University faculty to communicate goals, align resources and assist in guaranteeing the effectiveness of each teacher candidate placement. Consult, collaborate and coach general education teachers. Collaborate with teachers to modify curricula as required. Coordinate and implement appropriate interventions for RtI Reading; review intervention data. Monitor student progress with team members. Use data to assist with revisions of interventions, assist with making decisions regarding future instructional strategies and in setting new goals.
