As part of the Regional Centers of Excellence, advocates build the capacity of districts, schools, and charters to engage in continuous improvement, to implement the World’s Best Workforce legislation and the Every Student Succeeds Act (ESSA). The ultimate goal of this position is to close achievement gaps, while increasing achievement and graduation rates for all student groups. This is a year-round, full-time position. In particular, Resource Training & Solutions is seeking candidates with experience and expertise in one or more of the following areas: *Reading instruction, or *English Language development, or *Educational Equity. If you want to participate on a collaborative team of specialists then you’ll want to apply for our regional Centers of Excellence (RCE) Central Lakes Region (CLR) team. Our RCE CLR team offices out of Sartell, yet RCE positions are home-based. Our high achieving team of nine reside from Brainerd to Waseca and Minneapolis/St. Paul to Sauk Rapids. Mileage is reimbursed for our almost daily travel from home to districts and schools. Meals and lodging are reimbursed for occasional overnight stays.
