Organizational Management: 1.Legal Documentation and Record Retention: The principal manages a system that meets all the requirements of legal documentation and record retention. 2.Safety and Security Application: The principal develops and implements a plan for safety and security of the school. Furthermore, the principal maintains and enhances an environment conductive to teaching and learning mutual responsibility, respect, and safety. Human Resources Management: 1.Application of District Bargaining Unit Contracts: The principal administers the districts employment contracts at the school site. 2.Recruiting, Hiring and Assigning the Staff: The principal recommends the hiring and assigning of appropriately qualified staff. 3.Staff Evaluation: The principal implements and maintains the district plan for evaluation of staff performance.
