*Commitment to the middle school philosophy including working on and with a team of teachers through our PLC process, co-curricular groups and supporting other aspects of secondary education. *Be directly involved with the entire middle school staff to assist in the identification and intervention strategies for students who are potentially at-risk in the areas of behavior, academics, attendance, and transportation.
