Half-Time Interim Superintendent
Position Description: The half-time interim superintendent is responsible for all functions related to providing leadership to the school district. A valid Minnesota issued superintendent license is required.

Edina Public Schools has an Extended School Year (ESY) Licensed School Nurse position available at Concord Elementary School from July 9, 2018 through August 16, 2018 (9 am – 12 pm).

Job Summary: Responsible for developing a new setting three program, preparing lessons, writing IEPs, conducting IEP meetings, instructing students with a wide range of abilities, assessing student learning, collecting and analyzing student data to plan instruction, creating an engaging and respectful classroom environment, communicating with students, parents and multiple stakeholders, maintaining accurate records, supervising students, managing paraprofessionals, scheduling, participating in school improvement initiatives, and learning professionally.
FTE: 1.0
Specific Hours/Days to work: 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday
Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in special education and required teaching certificate in related area(s) of instruction as required by the State of Minnesota (EBD license) specific content knowledge, training or job experience required before appointment, and successful student teaching.
