Qualified candidates should have a strong background in implementing researched-based instructional strategies, successfully working with diverse populations, and technology integration. Candidates should also be creative and have both good communication and problem-solving skills. The Onamia School District has roughly 680 students and is located just one and a half hours north of Minneapolis on the beautiful Lake Mille Lacs.
