Imagine a high school unlike any other …. Pre-professional performing arts training completely guided by current working professional artists Demanding college preparatory academic coursework taught by traditionally licensed instructors Available for free to all who have a passion for the performing arts * Students choose to come to SPCPA from over 125 different zip codes * There is no audition, students are leveled by technical ability in arts classes * The academic program offers honors and on-level classes, College in the Schools, and AP * Extracurricular activities are limited * Students who attend SPCPA are treated as if they ALL will eventually become professional actors, dancers, singers, and musicians AND attend college or conservatory. SPCPA’s VISION is to deliver a high-end, high-bar, conservatory-style/college-prep program to students across the vastest imaginable range of skill levels and backgrounds. Therefore, we entrust our academic faculty to understand our unique student population and encourage wholehearted support of our school’s values. What do we believe? Saint Paul Conservatory for Performing Artists values -preparing students for college and trains them as future practitioners of the arts. -stimulating and sustaining interest in arts and academics as a source of truth and insight into the human condition. -constructing a creative environment where risks may be safely taken and where creators take responsibility for our vision. -encouraging students to use their physical, sensory, and intellectual potential to explore ideas and raise questions. -honoring individual discovery within a collaborative spirit. Position Responsibilities: Teach the approved curriculum of the school and appropriate content standards provided by the American Council of Teachers of Foreign Language (ACTFL) Focused instruction in preparation for Advancement Placement Spanish Language and Culture Exam. Perform other duties as may be assigned by supervisor.

Posting dates: 4/03/17 thru 4/07/17 or until filled Hours: Monday thru Friday 8.0 per day Job Summary: Provide advanced technical support for Mounds View District staff and students for a variety of technologies in a helpdesk setting, phone or email support, remote access as well as onsite support. Respond to level two and three inquiries and requests, define problems, identify and isolate issues, and implement technical solutions to solve problems. Configure and maintain various systems staff and student accounts. Troubleshoot the usage of the telecommunications systems, perform MACS, terminate patch panels, troubleshoot voice and data cabling and other general PBX/system level support that fall within defined guidelines and escalate more complex problems to next tier technical support team. Essential job functions include the following: Answer help desk calls; diagnose software and hardware issues via telephone, on-site or remote assistance in a timely and efficient manner. Provide level two and level three desktop support which may include update and install software as needed, replace computer hardware, such as memory, drives, video cards etc. troubleshoot network connectivity issues in a wired and wireless environment. Setup, install and provide advanced support with various technologies throughout the district, this includes: Smartboards, Interactive projectors, Document cameras, scanners, printers, iOS devices, projectors, computers laptops, Chromebooks and other mobile devices. Provide level two and three support for District applications which includes email support, staff and student account support. Provide support for telecommunications systems,VoIP and related telecom. Document daily communication transactions, problems, action taken, and installation activities.
