The principal leader and administrator of District educational programs at a 275 student K-5 elementary school that has a rich tradition of excellence. Principal responsibilities include assisting teachers in strengthening their knowledge base and repertoire of teaching skills; developing a safe and welcoming environment where all individuals are respected and to ensure that such practices support continued outstanding student achievement in a K-5 setting. The principal must provide leadership to carry out the district’s strategic plan. The principal must encourage parent involvement. The principal must also work with all staff and administrators to instill in our youth the community’s core values.
