Mounds Park Academy is a PreK-12 independent school in Saint Paul that serves approximately 500 students from throughout the Twin Cities area. For 35 years, Mounds Park Academy has engaged students in a rigorous college preparatory experience that is rooted in whole child education. Mounds Park Academy is seeking a highly motivated individual to support the Lower School Director in an 11-month position. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, database Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook, database management, and telephone systems. The Lower School Assistant greets visitors daily, connects with students, supports parents/guardians, and assists faculty and staff. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, organizational skills, must be detailed oriented, and maintain confidentiality. Daily tasks include scheduling, managing files and data bases, editing written communication, and managing parent phone calls. The candidate must have a pleasant demeanor, be friendly, patient, and compassionate.
