1.0 Eagle Ridge Middle School Provide special education services for middle school students in a special education resource setting. Deliver IEP based services including implementation of standards -based IEPs through collaboration with general education and special education teachers. Work in a co-teaching service and pull-out service model. Write compliant IEPs. Provide core academic and IEP-based instruction. Ensure compliance with state and federal due process paperwork. Engage parents and promote student self-determination and self-sufficiency. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Directs the work of educational assistants.
Special Education Teacher ASD/DCD
1.0 Burnsville High School Provide special education services for high school students with developmental cognitive disabilities and/ or autism in a special education setting. Deliver IEP based services including implementation of standards -based IEPs through collaboration with general education and special education teachers. Work in a co-teaching service and pull-out service model. Write compliant IEPs. Provide core academic and IEP-based instruction. Ensure compliance with state and federal due process paperwork. Engage parents and promote student self-determination and self-sufficiency. Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills. Directs the work of educational assistants.
