Job Description: – Lead the planning, development and execution of the sport program by focusing on building a positive culture and developing quality relationships with student-athletes and parents. – Implement an effective training and competition regiment that maximizes student-athlete performance in the sport – Provide direction and evaluation for assistant coaches throughout the program to ensure continuity through all levels. – Communicate effectively with all program stakeholders to ensure a positive, quality experience is provided for our student-athletes – Manage and track all equipment inventory and program budget each year – Perform all other duties as outlined by the Faribault Public Schools, MSHSL, Faribault Coaches Handbook, and Section Tournament Administrators

Graduate Teaching Fellowships

Openings 2017-18 Graduate Teaching Fellowships Minnesota State University, Mankato Openings are available for the Graduate Teaching Fellow Program (classroom experience while working on a masters degree program in Education). Applicants must have a Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts Teaching degree. Seniors in a teacher education program who will complete all requirements for a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science Teaching degree, complete all required testing, and obtain appropriate Minnesota teacher licensure by August, 2017, or recent teacher education graduates (who have not held regular teaching appointments) are eligible to apply. Application deadline: April 5, 2017, or until filled. Teaching Fellow positions are available in the following Professional Development School (PDS) participating districts: Grade 8 English/Language Arts, Centennial Public Schools (Elementary with 5-8 CAL or 5-12 licensure will be considered) 9-12 English/Language Arts, Mankato Area Public Schools 6-8 English/Language Arts, Owatonna Middle School (Elementary with 5-8 CAL or 5-12 licensure will be considered)
