Elementary Media Specialist
Under the direction of district administrators, the Classroom Teacher is responsible for developing lesson plans to present district curriculum in assigned instructional subjects; instructing students using lesson plans and instructional material; and evaluating and assessing student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives. Teachers also participate and collaborate with other instructional professionals, administrators, parents, counselors, and other district personnel concerning student needs, issues and district learning initiatives.
Business Education Teacher

Special Education Teacher – Multiple Openings
Under the direction of district administrators, the Special Education Teacher is responsible for assisting the District in assessing and identifying students with special needs such as learning disabilities, emotional/behavioral disorders, health impairments, developmental cognitive delays or other similar needs according to State of MN eligibility criteria. The Special Education Teacher plans for, develops and implements individualized education programs and instruction in academic areas in collaboration with other educational professionals and administrators in designing, modifying and delivering educational services to special needs students.
Head Girls’ Basketball Coach
Responsible for the overall supervision of a an athletic program including varsity, junior varsity, C-squad and 7th & 8th grade programs.
6th Grade Math Teacher
Edina Public Schools has a full-time 6th Grade Math teacher position available at South View Middle School beginning August 15, 2016. This teacher will work with advisory students to advocate for students as well as teach math to 6th graders. Will also work collaboratively with job-alike and interdisciplinary team of teachers.
