Lakeville Area Schools (Independent School District No. 194) is an award-winning school system located in the south metropolitan area of Minneapolis/St. Paul Minnesota. The district serves approximately 11,500 students in Lakeville, parts of Burnsville and Elko New Market, and portions of Eureka, Credit River and New Market Township. The Administrator of Early Childhood Education is a district leadership position which is responsible for developing, implementing, managing and evaluating early childhood education programs for the Lakeville Area Schools. This position is the building administrator for the district’s early learning center and directly oversees the Early Childhood Family Education (ECFE), Early Childhood Screening (ECS) and Small Wonders Preschool (SWP) program and supports Early Childhood Special Education (ECSE) and Wonder Zone Preschool-Age Child Care.

This is a full-time, year-round position. Although the position must maintain flexible working hours at various locations, the typical location will be at the Crystal Lake Education Center (CLEC),

Youth Development Leader

Job Summary:

Plan and implement out-of-school-time programs in six-member school districts (Adrian, Ellsworth, Fulda, HL-O, RL-B, Worthington). Utilize bilingual skills to assist students and families to successfully navigate local systems. Work with other NCIC staff members to promote

Early Childhood Teacher (1.0 FTE) – Roosevelt Elementary School

Job Description: A 1.0 FTE Early Childhood teacher position for Falcon’s Nest Preschool, a Voluntary Pre-Kindergarten site at Roosevelt Elementary School.  Qualified candidates will offer a developmentally appropriate learning environment, with the focus on cognitive, social/emotional, language, literacy, and physical/motor development of students.  This teacher will also work with a classroom paraprofessional to create a warm welcoming environment for parents and children. The position is 5 days a week from 7:30AM-3:30PM. This position commences with the 2023-24 school year immediately upon hire.  Falcon’s Nest Preschool is a part of the Minnesota Centers of Excellence Pyramid Model Innovation Grant.  Applicants with knowledge and experience in a multi-tiered system of support for young learners are preferred.

Must hold a valid Special Education 9 – 12 license, or ability to be licensed in the State of Minnesota.
