  • Monitor school hallways and cafeterias
  • Coordinate Middle School safety patrol
  • Other duties as assigned both inside the Middle School/High School and within the District

Actively participate in the recruitment, selection, staff development, and evaluation of staff members.  Assist teachers in effective lesson plans and classroom preparation.  Supervise, monitor and administer building and District student behavior procedures and policies, making necessary referrals to other staff members and communicating directly with parents, as appropriate.  Serve with parent, faculty, student and community groups as requested in advancing educational and school goals.  Communicate with parents, community members, and parent organizations concerning school programs and activities.

School Psychologist

Position Summary:
Under the direction of the Director of Special Services, the Licensed School Psychologist is directly responsible for the psychological assessment of academic, social, emotional and behavioral domains utilizing problem-solving and standardized evaluations. The School Psychologist monitors the completion of case study evaluations and participates in Individual Education Plan (IEP) conferences, problem-solving meetings, designing systems, programs and services that maximize students’ social, emotional and educational success. In collaboration with staff, families, students, and communities, the school psychologist promotes effective educational environments.  Working collaboratively with other School Psychologists will develop consistent systems that meet the needs of students.  A School Psychologist should possess excellent communication skills, effective partnership skills and be a solutions-based thinker.

Position Requirements:
Ed.S, in School Psychology or comparable; licensed as a School Psychologist by the MN Board of Teaching.

CFO/Executive Director of Business Services

Acts as the chief financial officer for the District, establishing District budget and financial policies
and procedures. Serves as an informational resource regarding fiscal matters related to
negotiating labor agreements. Provides oversight regarding the operations and the budget of
business services, food service, transportation, finance, purchasing, human resources and facilities
functions. Provides financial information to the Board and the public. Performs financial analysis of
District functions and recommends changes to maximize resource utilization. Provides for the
treasury function, including cash flow, ensuring the District is liquid for accounts payable, payroll
and cash-on-hand to meet day- to-day operations; invests surplus cash in order to maximize
interest earnings.
