Central Public Schools is seeking an exceptional and experienced individual with an innovative spirit to lead the staff, students, and community as the Secondary Principal at Central Public Schools. Located in Norwood Young America, Minnesota, our communities provide quality programs to 930 students. The principal will oversee 540 students and staff at the Middle School and High School (one campus).

Primary responsibilities:
Providing instructional leadership by implementing educational and district initiatives at the building level.
Directing, supervising, and overseeing all school improvement programs.
Managing the safety, building operations, and personnel within the building.
Being an active member of the community by maintaining open communication between district, staff, students, parents and the community.
Oversee building events; participate in various district-wide committees, groups, panels and management meetings.
Collaborates with the superintendent, curriculum leader, and other building administrators to plan and implement effective staff development.
