The Supervisor of Transportation manages and directs the school district’s transportation functions within the established policies, regulations, goals and philosophies of the district to provide safe transportation for all students. This position maintains safe and secure transportation for students by enforcing safety and security policies, access control procedures, accident prevention efforts, and risk and emergency management.
Transportation Supervisor
Adult Basic Education (ABE) Teacher-Pipestone (Part-time)
District 518 Community Education is seeking a teacher for Adult Basic Education at its Pipestone sites. The duties will include teaching adults English as a Second Language and GED, student assessment, and data collection. The successful candidate for the position must be a self-starter who is able to work independently. A valid Minnesota teaching license in any content area is required. This position includes teaching two afternoons and two evenings a week, plus prep time, for a total of 10 to 12 hours per week.

Speech Language Pathologist
The Educational Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) identifies, evaluates, designs, and implements appropriate plans for students, writes IEPs, and is a member of the Child Study Team. The Educational SLP also meets with parents, interprets student progress, informs parents about their child’s progress, and is available for in-services.
Payroll and Benefits Coordinator
The Payroll and Benefits Coordinator is responsible for all payrolls, updating employee payroll information, calculating and balancing all payroll records, balancing and closing all completed payrolls, maintaining the flexible benefits program, preparing various reports, preparing information for budgeting, negotiations, and pay equity. This position also coordinates benefits. In addition, this position will also work in our finance system with payables and receivables. Experience with accounting principles recommended.
Spanish Social Studies Teacher
Teach Social Studies classes in grades 7 and 8, including some classes conducted in Spanish.
Special Education Paraprofessional
We are looking for the ideal candidate to fill a full-time paraprofessional position at CE Jacobson Elementary to begin immediately. Must have ability to work with students who have academic and/or emotional/behavioral disabilities and ability to work as a team with other adults. Must have 2 years of college or pass the ParaPro test. This position is open until filled and applications will be reviewed as they are received.
