The Principal of ALC Programs is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the Owatonna ALC, including regular day program, independent study, night program, summer credit recovery and targeted services; develops and implements student discipline policies and procedures; schedules; reviews credits for graduation; supervises and evaluates ALC staff.
Position Requirements:
Degree in educational administration, educational leadership or closely related field; a valid Minnesota K-12 administrative license required . Five+ years of successful teaching experience. Three+ years experience working with at-risk disadvantaged youth. Ability to communicate to a culturally diverse cross section of individuals and organizations.
Caledonia School District No. 299 has an opening for a full-time middle school math teacher. Candidate must hold a Minnesota 6-12 mathematics or an elementary license with a middle school mathematics endorsement. This position begins the 2020-2021 school year. Provide parent education and support for parents and children served in the Mahtomedi Early Childhood Family Education Program. Parent Educator is responsible for planning implementing parent education classes, developing lesson plans, and implementing curriculum to carious age groups.
Hours: Approx. 10 hours week

Under the direction of the Early Childhood Coordinator, the Early Childhood Screener is responsible for conducting early childhood screenings for all children ages 3-5, following up with all rescreening appointments and referrals, and for administering age appropriate screenings with children to identify any developmental concerns or related issues.
Under executive supervision, serves as the instructional leader for the District; provides leadership and accountability for the District’s academic services, as well as academic performance of all schools; drives the educational performance of the District, provides leadership, vision, and strategic direction for the District’s curriculum, instruction and PK-12 academic programming, oversee the professional development for all teachers and principals and supports the academic management of the schools in collaboration with Associate Superintendents.
