Worthington Middle School is seeking a Family and Consumer Sciences Teacher (FACS). FACS is taught to grades 6-8, all students are required to take it one quarter per school year. Applicants must be licensed to teach FACS in the state of Minnesota. Applicants should have experience with the following: working in a team environment, working with a diverse student population, and having a strong understanding of differentiation and intervention. Candidates should also have knowledge of the use of iPads in the classroom.

School Psychologist

The St. Croix River Education District (SCRED) is committed to maximizing student outcomes for all learners through the use of data-based decision making, meaningful collaboration, and implementation of innovative, evidence-based practices.  We are seeking highly motivated and skilled candidates for a School Psychologist position beginning the 2020-21 school year.

This position will be responsible for providing school psychology services for students in Early Childhood through first grade at the Primary School in the Chisago Lakes School District. Successful candidates are passionate and skilled in using innovative best practices and desire a broad, progressive role within the school system (e.g., Multi-Tier System of Supports, Positive Behavior Interventions and Supports, data-based decision making, functional behavior assessment/behavior support plans, direct service with students). In addition, this position requires a high level of collaboration and creative problem-solving with a variety of individuals, including the building principal, service coordinators, special education teachers, interventionists, paraprofessionals, mental health providers, and county social workers.

Successful candidates are passionate and skilled in using best practices in social behavior programming, data-based decision making, and providing direct service to students. In addition, this position requires a high level of collaboration and creative problem-solving with a variety of individuals, including the program coordinator, service coordinators, special education teachers, paraprofessionals, mental health providers, and county social workers.
