The Adrian Public Schools’ main office is in Adrian, Minnesota. The school district has an approximate enrollment of 620 pre-kindergarten through grade twelve students.

Requirements:
The School Board is committed to finding a candidate who exhibits the following: has knowledge of and experience in school finance and school management practices; has a record of visibility and accessibility to the School Board, staff, students, parents, and community; works cooperatively with the School Board and staff and provides options and recommendations for the School Board’s consideration; delegates authority while maintaining accountability; acts with honesty and in an ethical manner with the School Board, staff, and community; and provides written, understandable administrative procedures that implement School Board policy.

Salary/Benefits:
A competitive compensation and benefits package, including an annual salary in the range of $115,000 to $130,000, will be negotiated based upon the successful candidate’s experience and qualifications. The contract length is negotiable as provided in Minnesota statutes.

District Address:  1903 Bartlett Ave., Altoona Wisconsin

Qualifications: Hold or be eligible for licensure as a District Administrator or Superintendent in Wisconsin.  Experience as a Superintendent, District Administrator, District Office Position or Principal setting preferred.  Demonstrate strong commitment to student achievement, building partnerships in the community, supporting staff learning and development, and supporting all students in meeting their individual needs.
