Spanish Immersion Teacher (Fall of 2018)
Spanish Immersion teacher represents a broad grouping of diverse and different instructional positions responsible for developing lesson plans and presenting district curriculum in assigned instructional subjects; delivering and instructing students in lesson plans and instructional material; evaluating and assessing student progress against instructional outcomes and objectives. Spanish Immersion teachers also participate and collaborate with other instructional professionals, administrators, parents, counselors, and other district personnel concerning student needs, issues and district initiatives, curriculum and building issues.

Early Childhood Preschool Teacher
The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a full time Early Childhood Preschool Teacher at R-STEM Elementary School working with 3 & 4 year old students in the Richfield Public Schools preschool program. High School Principal
RESPONSIBILITIES: The High School principal is directly responsible to the Superintendent of Schools for the overall secondary education program for the Nashwauk-Keewatin School District. The principal’s responsibility is to foster a climate of learning for all students in grades 7-12, which will permit each student to develop fully his or her potential as a productive, well-adjusted member of the community. Additionally, the princpal will coordinate, utilize and assist all auxiliary and ancillary district personnel to achieve the greatest possible effect on student needs and welfare. 1. Facilitate the development, implementation, and communication of a shared vision of learning that reflects excellence and equity for all students and that is focused on continuous improvement. 2. Appraise, modify and implement best-practice organizational, instructional, assessment, and professional development strategies to enhance teaching and learning opportunities for all staff and students. 3. Screen, recommend for hire, assign, supervise, evaluate, develop, and coach school staff. 4. Develop and maintain effective, appropriate, and timely communication with the Superintendent, school board, staff, students, parents and community. 5. Promote a data-driven focus on student achievement by establishing, supporting, and overseeing a systematic approach to gathering and utilizing academic and behavioral data in order to drive decisions and inform practices at the building, classroom, and student level. 6. Provide for the continuous improvement of instruction and a guaranteed and viable curriculum. 7. Coordinate programming and procedures with the Elementary Principal to ensure consistency and smooth student transitions. 12. Coordinate and control budgetary expenditures for High School programs. 13. Supervise and administer a system of student record keeping and evaluation to measure school and student progress. 14.Develop and supervise an effective means of student management during school time and at school activities. 15. Coordinate and monitor relevant grant programs and communicate with district administration. 16. Model professional behavior to staff, students, and community. 17. Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent. FUNCTIONS: Planning, organizing, controlling, integrating motivation, evaluation and directing and staffing to meet the organizational goals, objectives and school philosophy. These functions will be used as a means to reach the above-specified goals.
