Print Center (50%)
– Receives, prioritizes and runs all requests for printing by date needed.
– Assists in all regular maintenance of document center equipment and makes minor repairs when necessary to keep machinery operational and in service.
– Other print center duties as assigned
Tech Director Support (25%):
– Order placing and receiving all technology purchases
– Processing regular bills/invoices for technology related services
– Coordinate device service and repair
– Scheduling and communication (meetings, emails, or calling)
Business Office Support (25%)
– Cash Management Support
– Assist with preparation of daily deposits
– Mailroom Support
– Assist with placing/receiving orders, preparing invoices for payment, scheduling meetings, front desk support, and other administrative tasks as needed, etc.

Paraprofessional- Print Center
Essential functions of the job may include but are not limited to the following:
– Receives, prioritizes and runs all requests for printing by date needed.
– Manages distribution of all printed material to proper location.
– Assists in all regular maintenance of document center equipment and makes minor repairs when necessary to keep machinery operational and in service.
– Coordinates support calls as needed.
– Conducts inventory and orders paper and other supplies for print center as needed.
– Communicates with district employees regarding print center.
– Perform other related functions as assigned by the Executive Director or other designated representative.
QUALIFICATIONS:
– Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent.
– Knowledge, aptitude, and experience in the operation of duplicating equipment, scanners, printers and computers preferred.
– Ability to add, subtract, multiply, divide, use fractions, ratios and percentages.
– Must have excellent customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with employees at all levels in the organization as well as with people outside the organization.
– Proven ability to establish and maintain cooperative and effective working relationships with others.
– Ability to maintain confidentiality, understand and follow data privacy rules and regulations related to students and staff and maintain confidentiality.
– Ability to supervise employees and work with them on continued improvement.
– Must have the ability and proven record of reporting to work on a regular and punctual basis.
